Emulsion oxidizer 3% Elan

Oxidative emulsion 3% – innovative development of the ELAN professional line brand – one of the components of the author's eyebrow coloring system SMART BROW TINTING SYSTEM.

Oxidizing emulsion 3% is specially designed for mixing with eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" and booster concentrates TM ELAN professional line.

The formula, ideally developed in percentage terms, and the soft creamy texture of the emulsion provide an impeccable result. Emulsifying substances included in the oxidative emulsion protect hairs during the dyeing process.
Eyebrow dye "Deep Brow Tint" – This is the first eyebrow dye with a neutral pH, which does not injure the hairs and does not dry out the skin. The finished color mixture has a pH 7. 

 

Shelf life: 24 months. 
Shelf life after opening the package: 6 months.

 

Volume: 30 ml.
